Abstract:
To provide a transmission unit, a transmitter and a relay device which can surely prevent an excessive output in an unstable condition immediately after the power is turned on.SOLUTION: The transmission unit includes a squelch unit which includes: a variable attenuator which adjusts an output level; and a relay part which changes a voltage to be applied to the variable attenuator. A squelch and output control unit determines whether or not all of the following conditions are satisfied: a first condition to detect a power-on state; a second condition to detect a software activation completion state; and a third condition to detect that an AGC detection voltage has converged. When either or all of the three conditions are not satisfied, the transmission unit switches the relay part to the fixed voltage side which suppresses an output, whereas when all of the three conditions are satisfied, the transmission unit switches the relay part to the adjustment voltage side different from the fixed voltage. The transmitter and the relay device including the above transmission unit are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
