Abstract:
To reduce time shift of transmission signal generated when changing over multiple amplifiers, in a transmitter of redundant configuration.SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 has multiple amplifiers 12, 13, multiple monitors 14, 15 outputting monitor signals of the multiple amplifiers 12, 13, an output selection part 16 for selecting the outputs from the multiple amplifiers 12, 13, and an exciter 11 performing distortion compensation processing corresponding to the multiple amplifiers 12, 13. The exciter 11 has a distortion compensation processing section 111 performing distortion compensation processing on the basis of the multiple monitor signals, multiple DA converters 112, 113 provided corresponding to the multiple amplifiers 12, 13, respectively, and performing DA conversion of the digital signal subjected to distortion compensation processing, and a phase control section 114 for controlling the multiple DA converters 112, 113 to perform phase shift control of the analog signal subjected to DA conversion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
