PURPOSE: To perform guarding suitable for respective terminals by providing a function for varying time intervals of origination at the specified time for each terminal, and transmitting information on intervals of specified time origination to a receiving center.
CONSTITUTION: When an even such as warning occurs to a terminal, the number of a warning receiving center is dialed through the network control part 5 of the terminal. The receiving center receives the incoming signal and sends a signal of prescribed frequency twice successively. A circuit timer part 7 is reset by the 1st answer signal (e) to stop the function. In response to the 2nd data transmission command signal (f), various kinds of guarding information, specified time origination interval information, etc., are sent out of an information transmission part 8 to a warning receiving center through the network control part 5. After receiving the signals, a warning receiving center resends the 3rd normal received signal (g). Every time the terminal originates at specified time, it sends specified origination information to the warning receiving center and in case of warning, the specified time origination information is disregarded as a dummy signal at the receiving center. Thus, the receiving center control the specified time origination conditions of the terminal automatically.
