Abstract:
To provide a maintenance support system of a transmitter capable of promptly discovering and notifying a user of the transmitter broken down or exhausted in battery and the transmitter of a maintenance candidate.SOLUTION: A maintenance support system of a transmitter includes: a portable terminal having a reception circuit capable of receiving a signal transmitted from a transmitter and a radio communication circuit; and a data processing device having a communication circuit capable of receiving information transmitted from the portable terminal and storage means for storing identification information and installation position information of the transmitter installed in a predetermined area. The portable terminal receives the identification information transmitted from the transmitter and has a function for transmitting the identification information and reception electric wave strength information. The data processing device has a function for storing the identification information and the reception electric wave strength information transmitted from the portable terminal, a function for determining a capability status of each transmitter based on the reception electric wave information for a predetermined period of a plurality of transmitters stored in the storage means, and a function of informing the capability status of the transmitter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
