Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a non-contact signal transmitter where bi-directional signal transmission between a rotating part and a supporting part can be executed through the use of a single optical path with simple configuration.
CONSTITUTION: Light emitting means 1 which are respectively provided in the rotating part R at one side and in the supporting part S at the other side, which freely rotatably supports the rotating part R, and which emit light in accordance with a supplied signal, light receiving means 3 which are respectively provided in the rotating part R and the supporting part S, a first pick-up means 7R which picks-up the signal from the supporting part side from difference between the light receiving signal which is received in the receiving means 3R provided at the rotation part side and the signal which is supplied to the light emitting means 1R provided at the rotation part side and the second pick-up means 7S which picks-up the signal from the rotating part side from difference between the light receiving signal which is received in the receiving means 3S provided at the supporting part side and the signal which is supplied to the light emitting means 1S provided at the supporting part side S are provided.
