This transmitter is provided with an integration means integrating the output side voltage of a coupling capacitor 5b and a feedback means performing a negative feedback of the output of this integration means to the input side of the coupling capacitor 5b. Namely, this transmission circuit is provided with an amplifier such as a differential amplifier, defining a transmission signal A as a non-inversion input and performing a current amplification, etc., to convert the transmission signal A into magnetic flux D, the coupling capacitor 5b receiving a difference signal A' whose one end is the output of the amplifier 51 and a parallel resonance circuit 5c provided between the other end of this capacitor 5b and ground. This transmission circuit is provided with an integration circuit 52 such as a CR integration circuit defining the output side voltage B of the coupling capacitor 5b as an input. Therefore, the DC components, etc., of the transmission signal A is cut and the generation of an intermittent and deviation component is also suppressed.
