To solve the problem on compatibility such as the occurrence of processing delay when a main station becomes overloaded and the stop of a system, when a fault occurs in the main station since data/sound signal are written into the addition slot of a data frame in a slave station and they are rewritten to a reading slot in the main station and they are transmitted to the slave station again, so as to read them in the conventional data/sound transmitting system.

A transmission side converts inputted data and sound signal into data/sound signal which are digitally integrated, adds address/name data, converts them into a picketed signal and sends it out. The reception side takes in the packed signal addressed to a self-station, based on address/name data, extracts data/sound signal, adds data/sound signal from a plurality of stations and extracts data and the sound signal.
