Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film for a dimming film, in which acid resistance of a conductive layer can be increased and changes in the resistance value of the conductive layer exposed to an acidic condition can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film for a dimming film in accordance with the present invention is a transparent conductive film to be used for a dimming film, and has a substrate film and a conductive layer disposed on one surface side of the substrate film. The conductive layer is an indium tin oxide layer, and by TOF-SIMS analysis, a ratio of the intensity of InOHions at the center portion in the thickness direction of the conductive layer to the total intensity of entire negative ions is 0.0005 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
