Title:
TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02204916
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a film that is excellent both in its resistance and adhesive property to a light emitting layer when in use as an electrode for electroluminescence by providing a protecting layer made of cellulose ester resin on the surface of a transparent conductive layer which is provided on a substrate comprising films made of synthetic resin.

CONSTITUTION: Back electrode layers which comprise a transparent electrode layer 2 formed of transparent conductive films, and a conductive layer 6 formed from metal such as aluminium, are laminated on mutually opposite sides with respect to a light emitting layer comprising a light emitting layer 4 and an insulating layer 5. A protecting layer 3 made of cellulose ester resin is provided on the surface of the transparent conductive layer 2. Nitro cellulose, acetyl cellulose, cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate nitrate are mentioned as the cellulose ester resin. By providing the protecting layer 3, the adhesive property of the light emitting layer to the transparent layer is improved and besides the electrodes become long-lived.
