Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent conductive layered body having excellent heat resistance and moist heat resistance by sequentially layering, on one face of a transparent base body, an intermediate layer formed of a transparent inorganic compound having high barrier property and a transparent conductive layer constituted of an oxide mainly formed of an indium and a tin.
SOLUTION: In this trasparent conductive layered body, an intermediate layer 20 formed of a transparent inorganic compound having high barrier property is formed on at least one face of a transparent base plate 10 and a transparent conductive layer 30 constituted of an oxide formed mainly of an indium and a tin is formed on the intermediate layer 20. The intermediate layer 20 formed of the inorganic compound layer having high barrier property is formed of at least one of oxides or nitrides or carbides of silicon, titanium, zirconium, zinc, tin, indium, tungsten, aluminum, and boron. It is all right when the layer is transparent for visible light, and more preferably, an indium oxide can be named.
