To provide a transparent conductive sheet whose change in tone and contrast is restrained even when used for a lighting control film.
The transparent conductive sheet includes a transparent base material, a transparent conductive film and a polymer barrier layer. The transparent conductive film contains transparent conductive particles and resin, and the polymer barrier layer is provided either between the transparent base material and the transparent conductive film or on the opposite side to the transparent conductive film with respect to the transparent base material. Alternatively, the transparent conductive sheet includes a transparent base material, a transparent conductive film, an inorganic barrier layer and an adhesive layer, and the transparent conductive film, the transparent base material, the adhesive layer and the inorganic barrier layer are arranged in this order. The transparent conductive film contains transparent conductive particles and resin.
