Title:
改良された透明度、耐薬品性および高い永久疲労強度を有する透明ポリアミド成形材料
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4416073
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A transparent polyamide molding composition has a melt enthalpy of 0-12 J/g and contains a diamine mixture of (bis-(4-amino-cyclohexyl)-methane) and (bis-(4-amino-3-methyl-cyclohexyl)-methane. A transparent polyamide molding composition (I) has a melt enthalpy of 0-12 J/g and the polyamide is prepared from: (a) 100 mol.% of a diamine mixture with 10-70 mol.% PACM (bis-(4-amino-cyclohexyl)-methane) with less than 50 wt.% trans, trans-isomers and 30-90 mol.% (bis-(4-amino-3-methyl-cyclohexyl)-methane (MACM) and optionally replaced by 0-10 mol.% of other 6-12 C aliphatic diamines, cycloaliphatic, optionally alkyl subsituted, branched aliphatic diamines and/or 3-12C multiamines and; (b) 100 mol. % 8-14C aliphatic dicarboxylic acids, optionally replaced by 0-10 mol.% of other aromatic or cycloaliphatic 8-16C dicarboxylic acids, preferably isophthalic acid, terephthalic acid, naphthalene dicarboxylic acid and/or cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid whereby 0-10 mol.% of the other long chain aliphatic diamines and 0-10 mol.% of the other long chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acids are optionally added as 0-20 mol.% 6-12 C omega-aminocarboxylic acids or 6-12C lactams. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for the production of polyamide molding compositions (I) by polycondensation by known processes in known pressure vessels having a pressure phase at 260-310 degreesC, a decompression phase at 260-310 degreesC , a degassing phase at 260-310 degreesC, whereby the composition (I) is removed in strands, cooled in a water bath at 5-80 degreesC and granulated followed by drying for 12 hours at 80 degreesC to a water content of less than 0.06% and; (2) a process for the production of spectacle lenses, prepared from the molding composition (I) and colored by dipping in an alcohol, ester, ketone or water-containing pigment solution, softening by dipping in acetone and coating with conventional hard coat lacquers that contain UV-protective agents, pigments, antistatic agents, toughening agents or other functional agents and curing thermally or by UV; (3) a process for the production of spectacle lenses by vapor coating the molding composition (I) with metals or treatment in another conventional form; (4) a process for the production of spectacle lenses by spraying or laminating the molding composition (I) with corresponding modified polarization films or protective films; (5) spectacle lenses and frames made from the composition (I); (6) a process for the production of molded parts prepared from the molding compositions (I), optionally with other compatible molded parts by bonding together by ultrasound, hot wire welding , friction welding, rotation welding or laser welding at 800-2000 nm following treatment with a laser active dye.
