Abstract:
To produce a transparent polymer film low in temperature dependency of in-plane retardation by using a cellulose acylate film.
The transparent film is produced by heat-treating the cellulose acylate film at a temperature higher than its crystallization point but lower than its melting point, and then cooling while conveying at a conveyance tension of 0.1-500 N/m, or stretching at the temperature set in the above heat treatment or below.
