To enable adhesion simultaneous with injection molding of polycarbonate by forming a transmissive infrared reflecting film having a specific light transmission on one or both sides of a sheetlike or film-like polycarbonate and then forming thereon a polyurethane or polyethylene adhesive resin layer.

A transparent infrared reflecting film 12 is formed on one or both sides of a sheet-like or film-like polycarbonate 11. In this case, the transparent infrared reflecting film 12 is a laminated film comprising a film formed on a base polycarbonate and having a light transmission of 70 %, or less. A polyurethane or polyethylene adhesive layer 13 is further formed on top of the transparent infrared reflecting film 12. A transparent thermal insulation laminated body 10 prepared as described above is placed in a mold in such a manner that the adhesive layer 13 side makes the front. This causes the transparent thermal insulation laminated body 10 and the polycarbonate to get tight and integral with each other. Consequently, this can be used as a transparent thermal insulation window as it is.
