Abstract:
To solve such a conventional problem that in a transport component which contacts a component to be contacted thereby transporting the component to be contacted and has a fluorine resin on a surface layer, the fluorine resin on the surface layer detaches over time with long-term use of the transport component, and the transport component, in which a ratio of an area of the fluorine resin to an area of the surface layer is reduced, and the component to be contacted contact each other, whereby a contact surface of the component to be contacted is partially destroyed.SOLUTION: A transport component, which contacts a component to be contacted thereby transporting the component to be contacted, has a surface layer which contacts the component to be contacted. The surface layer has a support layer having a plurality of recesses on a surface thereof, and a fluorine resin adhered to the support layer. Percentage of area where fluorine resin is present is 23.0% or more to an area of the surface area, and the support layer contains alumite sulfate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
