The side plates are inclined out toward the face of an opening, and also stepped parts 5 are formed. The flanges are provided with hooks, through-holes for the hooks 9, positioning elastic strips, and positioning holes 11. The hooks, the through-holes for the hooks, the positioning elastic strips 10, and the positioning holes are formed diagonally symmetrically.
