PURPOSE: To restrain escape of electric charge in the charged condition and maintain enough time to transport a dielectric sheet body by using a dielectric layer having specific electric resistance over 1010Ωcm as an endless belt.
CONSTITUTION: Specific electric resistance of a dielectric layer 1 of an endless belt 3 is selected over 1010Ωcm. Hereby, escape of electric charge in the charged condition of the outer circumferential face of the dielectric layer 1 is prevented, and imparted electric charge is maintained for enough time to transport a dielectric sheet body. Specific electric resistance of a conductive layer 2 is selected under 1010Ωcm. Hereby, when voltage is impressed on the outer circum ferential face of the endless belt 3 to charge it, for example, discharge of the electric charge in the earthed conductive layer 2 can be easily performed. The width X of the conductive layer is selected over 0.5 mm, the width Y between the mutual conductive layers is selected under the width of the conductive layer and over 0.5 mm, and the sum of the width X of the conductive layer 2 and the width Y between the neighboring conductive layers is selected under 20 mm. Hereby, interference between neighboring conductive layers can be avoided.
