Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the frictional loss and improve the transportation efficiency by suction-discharging the gas in the liquid through a deaerating hole by a vacuum pump, when a low fluidic liquid is agitated and fluidized and transported by a transport pump.

CONSTITUTION: In a paper pulp factory, etc., a transport circuit 4 which leads to a discharge liquid tank 3 is connected through an opening/closing valve 2 to a liquid feeding layer 1 in which the low fluidic liquid L containing a large quantity of gas such as an intermediate concentration fiber solution is stored, and a transport pump 5 is connected midway, and a stirrer 6 and a deaerating hole 7 are installed in the transport conduit 4 between the opening/ closing valve 2 and the transport pump 5. The stirrer 6 agitates and fluidizes the low fluidic liquid L in solid form by the turning whirl vortex by revolving an agitator blade 8, and is installed so as to carry out the gas/liquid separation. The gas after the gas liquid separation is discharged by suction by using a vacuum pump 10 connected with the deaerating hole 7. Accordingly, the reduction of the water pumping-up action by the gas is prevented, and the transport efficiency is improved.
