Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up carrying of a stacker crane. SOLUTION: When a slide fork of the stacker crane is servo-driven, the slide fork is advanced in a range that the slide fork does not interfere with a shelf even before an elevating/lowering base and a truck are stopped and the slide fork is retreated from the interference range with the shelf, the elevating/lowering base and the truck are started.
