Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport rail system including a weight measurement system that can be easily installed and is configured in a simple manner inexpensively.SOLUTION: A transport rail system 1 comprises one or more rails 3a, and one or more sensors 7a, 7b for measuring a magnetic property. At least one of the sensors 7a, 7b measures a change in magnetic properties for detecting weight placed on the one or more rails 3a. The change in magnetic properties occurs due to a stress on the rail 3a by weight. The transport rail system 1 is configured such that the one or more sensors 7a, 7b measure a change in magnetic properties of the rail 3a itself, and/or the one or more sensors 7a, 7b measure a change in magnetic properties of support structures 4a, 4b of the rail 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
