PURPOSE: To improve the transportation efficiency of roving bobbin, by providing a by-pass rail to the main rail connecting a fine spinning frame and a roving frame, by-passing and reserving empty bobbin to treat the residual yarn and transporting full bobbin to the fine spinning frame.

CONSTITUTION: A spare rail 102 and a doffing rail 103 are branched from a main rail 101 and a by-pass rail 104 is provided. The by-pass rail is furnished with an automatic residual sliver peeling apparatus A.R.S. The empty bobbin delivered from the fine spinning frames SF1, SF2...SFn is by-passed for the treatment of residual yarn and reserved. The full bobbin doffed from the roving frames RM1, RM2 are transported to the fine spinning frame while reserving the empty bobbin on the by-pass rail.
