PURPOSE: To efficiently transport live fishes and to transport also water of the living environment to consuming districts by putting (similar) water of the living environment of fishes into a flexible bag, freezing it, arranging the frozen bags around the fishes, packaging them in that state and transporting them.

CONSTITUTION: Environmental Water 8 of a living place of fishes 7 is put into a flexible plastic bag 1 and frozen. Live fishes 7, together with the environmental water 8, are put into a flexible plastic bag 3 and the dead space 9 is charged with oxygen. Live fishes accommodated in the bag 3 are put in an outer box 6 and ice-accommodating bags 1 are arranged therearound. Packaging is carried out and then the packaged fishes are transported to consuming districts.
