To provide a transportation management apparatus, a transportation management method and a program that can select an appropriate transportation method.SOLUTION: A transportation management apparatus 1 comprises, a storage unit 11, a transportation article information acquisition unit 12, a determination unit 13 and a selection unit 14. The storage unit 11 stores article dimension information representing dimensions of an article, exterior package dimension information representing dimensions of an exterior package of the article, and transportation cost information representing transportation cost for each combination between a transportation trader and an exterior package. The transportation article information acquisition unit 12 acquires transportation article information representing a transported article. The determination unit 13 determines whether or not the exterior package has dimensions to be able to pack the article included in the transportation article information on the basis of the article dimension information and the exterior package dimension information. The selection unit 14 includes the exterior package which the determination unit 13 has determined that the package has the dimensions to be able to pack the article, and selects the combination between the transportation trader and the exterior package, in which the transportation cost satisfies a reference condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
