PURPOSE: To easily regulate transporting speed and flow rate, simplify setting, and facilitate maintenance and management by rotatably arranging a resistant blade in a chute, and providing a driving source capable of externally regulating the rotating angle of the resistant blade.
CONSTITUTION: Hoppers 1, 2 are mutually connected by a chute 3, and the excavated earth put in the high level hopper 1 is allowed to flow to the low level hopper 2 through the chute 3. A resistant blade 4 is rotatably arranged in the chute 3, and a cylinder 5 which is a driving source capable of externally regulating the rotating angle of the resistant blade 4 is provided. The rotating angle of the resistant blade 4 is optionally set by extending and contracting the cylinder 5 to regulate the passage sectional area and flow direction in the chute 3. Thus, the flow speed and flow rate of the excavated earth flowing down in the chute 3 are kept constant by the synergetic effect of the damping by the collision with the resistant blade 4 and the damping by the drawing of the passage area.
