A roll box pallet 20 for transporting a parcel is provided with a pallet body for storing a parcel to which identification (ID) information is annexed and the pallet body is provided with a bar code reading part 64 for reading out the ID information annexed to the parcel, an information storing part 70 for storing the read ID information and a display part 66 for displaying the read ID information. The ID information stored in the information storing part 70 is printed out by a printing part 71, issued as a slip and transmitted to an information management center through a transmission part 72.
