Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure a weight balance between an opening-closing mechanism and a gate door body for smoothly opening-closing the gate door body of a trap gate door.
SOLUTION: A balancer 12 is arranged in the gate door body, and this balancer 12 is composed of divided balancers 13 by a large number of belt-like plates having common weight of 0.5 kg, and is covered with a balancer cover 17 by superposing and fixing these members on and to an outside surface of a stile 7 on the width directional both ends of the gate door body 2 by bolts 16. When arranging the trap gate door A, these divided balancers 13 are added and removed so as to secure the weight balance with the opening-closing mechanism arranged in a column.
