Abstract:
PURPOSE:To always ensure constant stop accuracy by stopping the travel command of a moving machine based on the position detection signal of a target stop position after the moving machine passes through a lock position one before the target stop position. CONSTITUTION:First, when a travel command is outputted from a controller 7, a regular rotation command 9-1 of a reverse rotation command 9-2 is outputted from an input output device 11. At this time, stop command signal 12 is on, therefore, a contactor 16 of a relay 14 for regular rotation or a contactor 17 of a relay 15 for reverse rotation is made on, a motor 1 for travel rotates and a moving machine 3 is moved. Next, when a machine 3 passes through the stop position one before the target stop position, the signal 12 becomes off, a signal 13 that stop position detection signals are gathered is on, therefore, the motor 1 to continues to rotates and the movement of the machine 3 is continued. When the machine reaches the target stop position, the signal 13 becomes off, the contactors 16 and 17 become off, therefore, the machine 3 stops instantly.
