To provide a travel plan preparation system capable of easily preparing a complete travel plan in which desired visiting places are efficiently included.

When a user inputs desired travel scheduled time information and visiting place information from a terminal 12, the consumption scheduled time calculation part 20 of an information center 14 calculates scheduled movement consumption time for reaching the visiting place and scheduled stay consumption time at the visiting place based on the visiting place information, the scheduled travel time and total scheduled consumption time are compared in a sufficiency/insufficiency judgement part 22 and a plan change part 26 adjusts the scheduled travel time or the scheduled consumption time based on a compared result. Then, a travel plan preparation part 24 prepares a travel plan and transmits it through a transmission/reception part 18 to the terminal 12. When the transmitted travel plan is approved in the terminal 12, correction for complementing the free time of the approved travel plan is performed in the information center 14, it is returned to the terminal 12 and the travel plan is established after the corrected travel plan is approved.
