To provide a driver with a condition for determining, with a simple visual recognition, whether he/she is driving on a flat road or on a long inclined road unawares, in an express way or the like.
A determinator includes: a box lid-type balance body (1) having an opening (4) and gravity-center part (3) formed by press-forming, injection molding or the like; mounting a weight (2) on the aforementioned body at the gravity-center part (3); disposing a pin hole (6) on the body at a center part, namely, on the gravity-center line, and an On/Off protrusion (5); inserting/fitting a bottom plate (8) provided with a pin hole (6), a protrusion (7) and a model fixing bar (13) to the box lid-type balance body (1), from underneath the box lid-type balance body (1) with the pin holes (6) precisely aligned; assembling fixing means (9) onto the pin holes (6), in which process the fixing means (9) is swingably screwed on so as to allow the balance body to lightly move up/down; and fixing a model (12) provided with an LED (10) and a flashing light circuit assembly (11) onto a model fixing-bar (13) vertically fixed onto the bottom plate (8).
