Title:
TRAVELING CONTROL SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004034875
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a traveling control system for an industrial vehicle, which can quickly suppress the hunching of a vehicle body caused by an inadvertent operation of acceleration pedal by an operator due to a disturbance.

The traveling control system comprises a vehicle driving means for transmitting a driving force to driving wheels, a braking means for generating a braking force, an acceleration pedal operating distance detecting means for detecting an operation distance of an acceleration pedal, a command value setting means for setting a command value responding to the operation distance of the acceleration pedal, and an output command operating means for operating an output command value given to at least either of the vehicle driving means or the braking means on the basis of the command value set by the command value setting means. The system also includes a vibration detecting means for detecting the occurrence of the hunching of the vehicle body, and a suppressing means for modifying the command value set by the command value setting means into a modified command value for suppressing the hunching of the vehicle body and sending the modified command value to the output command operating means after the vibration detecting means has detected the occurrence of the hunching of the vehicle body.
