To improve working efficiency of assembling a planetary gear device and forward/backward switching device in a transmission case while enhancing a degree of freedom with respect to a speed change ratio of the planetary gear device without upsizing the planetary gear device.
A front end of a sun gear shaft and rear end of a planetary outputting member are respectively supported by a front bearing wall detachably connected to a front side of a transmission case and by an intermediate bearing wall, so that the planetary gear device is accommodated in a front chamber sandwiched by the front bearing wall and intermediate bearing wall. A front end of a forward/backward input shaft and a rear end of a clutch shaft are respectively supported by the intermediate bearing wall in a state of being coupled to the planetary outputting member by a rear bearing wall detachably connected to the rear side of the transmission case, so that the forward/backward switching device is accommodated in a rear chamber sandwiched by the intermediate bearing wall and the rear bearing wall.
