To provide a traveling toy which permits a path along which the toy travels by sensing the energized condition of a traveling surface to be set complexly and arbitrarily and can be remote-controlled by an easy means.
The traveling toy 1 equipped with a pair of traveling bodies 5 moved by the driving of a motor 3 mounted on a toy body 2, has an energization sensing means 6 made up of at least three elements in the lower portion of the toy body 2. Depending on the energized condition of the elements, the toy selectively moves both or either of the traveling bodies 5. The toy has a sound sensing means 7 to sense sounds from the outside. The driving of the motor 3 is controlled by sensing sounds. The toy has a sound generation means 8. The traveling toy set is composed of a traveling toy 1 and a sound producing tool. The toy set is composed of the traveling toy 1 and a water attachment tool.
