Abstract:
To allow a lowermost tray to be supplied by being separated from a tray group, corresponding to various forms of a storage portion of a tray.SOLUTION: A tray supply device pulls out a single tray 11 from a tray group 10 in which the trays 11 each having a flange 12 are laminated in a vertical height direction, and supplies it to a supply position 61. The tray supply device comprises: a bottom support part 41 for supporting a lowermost tray 11a of the tray group 10 from below; a holding part for holding a flange end 12a of the tray group 10 and capable of relatively separating it; and a supply movement part 51 for pushing the lowermost tray 11a separated from the tray group 10 out to the supply position 61. The holding part has: upper holding parts 21, 22 for holding the tray group 10; and lower holding parts 31, 32 for holding the lowermost tray 11a. The lower holding parts 31, 32 hold only the lowermost tray 11a while retaining the shape of the tray 11a, and separate it from the tray group 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
