Abstract:

To provide a tray for firing of small-sized ceramic parts, such as disk type ceramic capacitors, chip type resistors, ring varistors, semiconductor capacitors, piezoelectric material products, chip type laminated capacitors and chip type thermisters.

A laying sheet of the tray for firing of the small-sized ceramic parts consisting of a frame and the laying sheet consists of a porous heat resisting metal or porous heat resisting alloy having open cells and three- dimensional meshlike structure and the average opening diameter of its surface is 50 to 400 μm and has an opening area rate of 20 to 90%; further, the porosity over the entire part is 60 to 98 vol.% and the roughness of the surface exclusive of the pore parts has an arithmetical mean deviation of profile of 2 to 50 μm.
