Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray holding jig capable of preventing movement, positional deviation and rotation of small articles, even if gas between a tray case and an adhesive layer is discharged to the outside.SOLUTION: In a tray holding jig including a bottomed square cylindrical tray case 1 opening upward, and a deformable flexible adhesive sheet 20 built in the tray case 1 and holding a compact LED device 10 detachably, multiple support projections 30 for the adhesive sheet 20 are arranged, at a prescribed interval, on the inner bottom surface 8 of the tray case 1, upper end 31 in contact with the adhesive sheet 20 of each support projection 30 is bent in hemispherical shape, an exhaust hole 4 communicating with the space 3 between the inner bottom surface 8 of the tray case 1 and the adhesive sheet 20 is bored in the tray case 1, and when the air in the space 3 between the inner bottom surface 8 of the tray case 1 and the adhesive sheet 20 is discharged to the outside of the tray case 1 through the exhaust hole 4, the adhesive sheet 20 is deformed irregularly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
