PURPOSE: To produce a porous carbonized substance by subjecting waste tire to efficient dry distillation.

CONSTITUTION: A main body 10 is provided with a heating chamber 11 at its upper part, a burner chamber at its lower part, an exhaust pipe 21 and a stack 22. The burner chamber 12 is equipped with a burner 23 with a combustion cylinder 23a and one end of the exhaust pipe 2 is opened in the combustion cylinder 23a. When the heating chamber 11 is heated by the burner 23, a combustible exhaust gas vaporized from waste tires T in the heating chamber 11 is burnt in the combustion chamber 23a and to the waste tires T are efficiently subjected to dry distillation.
