Title:
TREATING FURNACE FOR SINTERED HARD ALLOY SCRAP AND TREATMENT THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3235536
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating furnace for sintered hard alloy scrap which does not generate thermal deformation of a reacting vessel and a furnace shell and does not leak low m.p. metallic vapor from a reaction vessel.
SOLUTION: In the treating furnace for sintered hard alloy scrap, the reaction vessel 3 for alloying binder in the scrap and the low m.p. metal, has an opening hole at the lower part and the lower end part thereof is connected with the lower end flange 14 through a skid-like connecting part 15 for releasing the heat strain and improving heat radiating efficiency. The lower end flange 14 is fixed to receiving tables 4, 9 through heat-resistant seal 11. A furnace shell 2 covered on the reaction vessel 3 is laid without fixing to a supporting table 10 so as to expose the skin-like connecting part 15 downward from the lower end surface of the furnace shell 2.
