PURPOSE: To conduct the disposal treatment of a CO2 gas in sea in a state that the influence on an ecological system of sea is suppressed by conveying a large quantity of CO2 gas discharged from a thermal power station, etc., to a deep sea in the hydrate whose physical property is stable, as it is.
CONSTITUTION: The CO2 gas is recovered with a recovering apparatus 2 from an exhaust gas being discharged from the thermal power station and in a hydrate forming tank 3 the hydrate is formed and a liquid CO2 contained at the forming time or the attached water is detached and the hydrate only is recovered. A deep sea water is passed through the peripheral part of a double feeding pipe 2 being installed in sea water and the feeding pipe is cooled, and the recovered hydrate being made at a specified pressure is conveyed to the deep sea with a feeder 6.
