Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a coil end for a stator and to eliminate the racing of the coil end by immersing a mixture varnish mixed with specific wt% of ultraviolet curable varnish in thermosetting varnish, emitting ultraviolet rays to shape the varnish and then thermally setting the varnish. CONSTITUTION:Ultraviolet curable varnish 2 is mixed in the range of 15-50wt% in unsaturated polyester resin or thermosetting epoxy varnish 1 to prepare a blend varnish. This blend varnish is immersed in a stator coil end, ultraviolet rays are radiated thereto to form the varnish film on the coil end surface layer in B-stage state, and then the coil end is shaped in the predetermined shape. The entirety is eventually heated and hardened. Thus, it can eliminate the racing of the coil end, and can reduce the size at the shaping time.
