Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain treated waste with a reduced water content which demonstrates a high hydrophobic property after metal being fixed by a treatment agent with water in a treatment system released from the solid waste.
SOLUTION: A treatment agent has an aryl group and a carbodithio group which is introduced by replacing an active hydrogen atom bonded to the nitrogen atom of polyamines. In particular, the degrees of substitution of the aryl group and the carbodithio group are 5-20% and 50-90% respectively to the number of substitutable active hydrogen atoms which can be bonded to the nitrogen atom of polyamines, and the ratio of the aryl group to the carbodithio group is made to be 1:3-1:15.
