Abstract:
To stably recover valuable metal with high concentration from incineration bottom ash, and efficiently remove chromium from the incineration bottom ash.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 1 for incineration bottom ash includes: a first magnetic separator 4 for separating incineration bottom ash into a magnetized material B and a non-magnetized material B; and a second magnetic separator 5 which has the surface magnetic flux density higher than that of the first magnetic separator and separates the non-magnetized material B separated by the first magnetic separator into a magnetized material C and a non-magnetized material C. The surface magnetic flux density of the first magnetic separator can be set at 1,000 gauss or more and 5,000 gauss or less, and the second magnetic separator can be a drum type magnetic separator or a roll type magnetic separator, and has the surface magnetic flux density of more than 5,000 gauss and 12,000 gauss or less. A suspension type magnetic separator 2 having the surface magnetic flux density of 3,000 gauss or less is provided in front of the first magnetic separator, and the first magnetic separator can separate the non-magnetized material A separated by the suspension type magnetic separator into the magnetized material B and the non-magnetized material B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
