Abstract:
To provide compositions and methods for treating diseases associated with expression of a tumor antigen.SOLUTION: The invention provides a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific to a tumor antigen, a vector encoding the same, and a composition containing a recombinant T cell including the CAR of the present invention. The invention also provides a method of administering a genetically modified T cell expressing a CAR that contains an antigen binding domain that binds to a tumor antigen.SELECTED DRAWING: None
