Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively used waste heat wastefully generated from a compressor, an air dryer or the like by transferring drain discharged from a drain discharging equipment by the pressure of compressed air discharged with the drain and evaporating in a heating equipment generating waste heat.
SOLUTION: When the compressor 10 is worked, the compressed air is passed successively through the air dryer 20, a dust proofing filter 30 and a mist filter 40 and stored in a tank 50. On the other hand, the drain is generated in each equipment 20-50 with the passage of the compressed air. The drain is passed through each valve 25-55, each drain trap 26-56 and the like from each drain discharging equipment 20-50 to be collected and is sent to a dust proofing filter 61 through a check valve 93 or the like. The drain from the dust proofing filter 61 is sent to a heating pipe 70 above the air dryer 20, for example, through a valve 62 and a heating pipe 60 and after that, is evaporated by utilizing the waste heat of the compressor 10 in an evaporator 100.
