Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases which is also called IBD because of the English abbreviation of inflammatory bowel diseases, comprising purulent colitis and Crohn's disease.SOLUTION: The invention proposes clinoptilolite having the particle diameter between 0.2 and 1 μm and used for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, which is also called IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Diseases), of mammals and humans. In this case, clinoptilolite is preferred to be free of a heavy metal. In one variation, clinoptilolite is optionally administered orally with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or excipient.
