Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively treat the discharged slag gas of an ash melting furnace.
SOLUTION: In the treatment method of the discharged slag gas discharged when molten slag 18 is discharged from the slag discharge port 17 of the ash melting furnace 11, the sucked discharged slag gas 30 is heated to 800°C or higher and fine solid particles of a salt contained in the discharged slag gas 30 are melted. This gas is blown in gas containing dust such as fly ash or the like to bond the molten fine liquid particles of the salt to dust and this dust is recovered by a bag filter 5. Therefore, there is effect for eliminating the discharge of the discharged slag gas from garbage incineration equipment.
