To upgrade the productivity of a metal recycling process.

An object intended for treatment such as a resin-coated aluminum is first subjected to the pyrolytic decomposition of resin by a rotary kiln 101 and then the heating of the aluminum in a heating chamber 106 so as to melt the aluminum. After that, the metal is delivered to a use point in a state such as molten, semi-molten or solid at a high temperature, using a vessel 109. Thus the energy required for remelting at the use point is saved and consequently, the efficiency of the recycling process is increased.
