PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and composition for treating pancreatic cancer.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a method and composition for treating pancreatic cancer. More specifically, the present invention provides a treatment of pancreatic cancer with certain ATR inhibitors in combination with gemcitabine and/or radiation therapy. The present invention also provides a method and composition for treating non-small cell lung cancer. More specifically, the present invention provides a treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with an ATR inhibitor in combination with cisplatin or carboplatin, etoposide, and ionizing radiation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
