Abstract:
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising glycopyrrolate as an inhalable dry powder formulation, said dry powder optionally further comprising an excipient, said formulation permitting the glycopyrrolate to exert its pharmacological effect over a period greater than 12 hours, for use in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
