Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the treatment method for a waste plating soln. contg. phosphite and/or hypophosphite.

CONSTITUTION: This treatment method consists in adding hydrogen perioxide to the waste plating soln. contg. the phosphite and/or hypophosphite and treating the soln. under irradiation with UV rays thereby converting the phosphite and/or hypophosphite to phosphate.
