Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triangular crawler device of a construction machine which does not stumble when colliding with an obstacle ahead during travel and eliminates the fear of coming-off of a crawler.
SOLUTION: In a crawler device 7B with a triangular front, a truck frame 10 and a vehicle body 2 are connected together by a front link 11 and a rear ink 13 to constitute four links. The interval L2 between connecting pins 12B, 14B at the bottom is made shorter than the interval L1 between connecting pins 12A, 14A at the top. A sprocket 20 is freely rotationally attached to the truck frame 10. If a front idler 15A collides against an obstacle, the truck frame 10 rocks backward, and the crawler device 7B with the triangular front faces upward and does not stumble. Also, the fear of coming-off of a crawler is eliminated since a triangle XYZ is not deformed.
